Autumn Rugby Internationals Hospitality

England - Twickenham Stadium 2010

England will host the might of both Australia & New Zealand this autumn, as well as a tough fixture against the World Cup Semi Finalists, Argentina.

Finders Keepers can offer you official hospitality packages for these high class prestigious fixtures.

Hospitality Facilities

Option 1 - Orchard Enclosure

Our luxuriously appointed marquee at the Orchard Enclosure is situated only 20 metres from the East stand and is widely recognised as the leading hospitality venue in international rugby.

Option 2 - Rose Enclosure @ Kneller Hall

Our luxuriously appointed marquee at Kneller Hall is situated 500 metres from the West stand and is a superb alternative package to the Orchard Enclosure.

Option 3 - St George's Suite

The St George’s Suite is an informal hospitality marquee, which features a standing-only facility with occasional tables. Hosted by Gareth Chilcott

Number of Guests:

Bookings can be taken for as few as two guests.

Private tables are available for bookings of between 8-12 guests.

Option 1+2 includes:

11.00 am Arrive, morning coffee & biscuits

11.15 am Complimentary bar opens - Champagne reception

12.15 pm Four course luncheon served with fine wines and liqueurs

2.30 pm Kick-off

4.15 pm Post match refreshments

5.30 pm Bar closes

6.00 pm Facility closes

• Complimentary bar (2hrs, beers, wine, soft drinks)
• Fork buffet hot luncheon
• Fine wines

• Car parking passes (1:5)

• Hostesses in attendance
• Post match 1 hour bar and 2 x drink vouchers
   

Sample Itinerary:

12.00 pm - St George’s Suite opens
Complimentary bar - Beers, wines & soft drinks

12.45 pm - Fork-buffet luncheon served

1.45 pm - Celebrity guest speaker

2.00 pm - Bar closes - Make your way to the stadium

2.30 pm - Kick-off

4.00 pm - Bar re-opens for one hour (2 drink vouchers
per person)

5.00 pm - Bar closes

5.15 pm - Facility closes
