Cheltenham National Hunt Festival 2011

Tuesday 15th - Friday 18th March 

Regarded as the biggest race meeting of the sporting calendar, the Cheltenham National Hunt Festival is a perfect opportunity to entertain clients in spectacular surroundings. Finders Keepers have first class hospitality packages for you to entertain important clients. Facilities available include Glass Fronted boxes with balconies along with our luxuriously appointed marquees situated in the hub of the tented village

Hospitality Facilities -

Marquee Packages > Gold and Platinum Packages

Our superb luxuriously appointed marquees are situated in the hub of the tented village, metres away from the Guinness Grandstand. We offer two types of packages for the marquees, the Gold and the Platinum. The difference between the two is the Gold Package which includes a Tattersal Admission Ticket instead of a Club Enclosure Badge. Bookings for the marquees can be made for 2 guests upwards. Private tables are available for 8 to 12 guests. Smaller numbers will be on shared tables.

Gold Marquee package includes:

Glass boxes > Glass boxes and Needham & Needham boxes

Finders Keepers have two types of hospitality packages wih boxes available for the Festival. Glass Boxes with balconies and Needham & Needham Boxes with balconies. The choice is very much down to the individual or company. Both boxes offer a superb way of entertaining at Cheltenham. The Needham & Needham boxes are further up the racecourse closer to the finishing line and are seen as more up market facility than the other glass boxes.

Private boxes for the Glass Boxes with balconies are available for 40 guests. Smaller numbers can be booked in larger shared boxes. Private tables are available for 8 to 12 guests.
