A day out at a premium sporting event is the perfect venue for building relationships and thanking customers, and June 2017 promises to be a bumper month for sports fans. Here’s a quick guide to the jam-packed month ahead.

Champions Trophy cricket

The world’s best one-day international cricket sides will head to England for the eighth edition of the Champions Trophy. The tournament runs from 1st June to 18th June and there are sure to be full houses at Edgbaston, the Oval and Sophia Gardens to watch Eoin Morgan’s England take on seven other nations and attempt to win the trophy for the first time.

Epsom Derby

Every year the cream of Europe’s three-year-old colts converge in Surrey to take part in Britain’s most prestigious and wealthiest horse race. A mile and a half around the dramatic undulations of Epsom Downs is a true test of quality, and this year’s race, on the 3rd June, is set to be one of the most open contests of recent times.

Champions League Final

The best two teams in Europe go head to head at the Millennium Stadium, Cardiff on 3rd June, as the Champions League final comes to Wales. A crowd of 74,000 will watch European football’s showpiece, which could feature the stars of Juventus and Real Madrid.

Royal Ascot

The Royal Family’s links with horse-racing go back to 1711 and the Royal meeting at Ascot is a feast of pageantry, fashion, betting and top class racing action. Beginning on June 24th, the five-day festival is the most prestigious race meeting in Europe.

Twenty20 Internationals

Few sports are more exciting than Twenty20 cricket and the arrival of the big-hitting South Africans is sure to get the pulses of cricket fans racing. AB De Villiers, Dale Steyn and co will take on the home side in three action-packed matches between 21st and 25th June.

Lions in New Zealand

The Lions return to New Zealand for the first time since 2005 as the pick of British and Irish rugby attempt to pull off their first series win against the All Blacks since 1971. The first of three bruising Tests for Warren Gatland’s men will kick off on 24th June.
